Twin Creeks Motel

I accidentally left my sunglasses behind after a couple of days at this motel, and the staff made getting them back easy. They found them quickly, offered several shipping choices, and walked me through each step until they were sent back to me. I was really impressed by how responsive and helpful they were. The place was decent and very affordable too, so it felt like good value. I'd recommend it for a budget stay with great service.

The location is great and the front desk staff were friendly, but large bugs scattered to hide when I walked into our room. The carpets were really old. This place needs an update and to be sprayed.

We were handed a key and directed to a room that the previous guest had not checked out of. There were shoes by the door, clothes in the closet, and food in the fridge. How disorganized do you have to be to assign a room that's still occupied? It felt like a serious security risk. If that guest had somehow checked out while leaving all their things behind, that would suggest rooms aren't cleaned between stays either. Definitely not coming back.

Harman was so courteous and professional, and was kind and helpful throughout my stay. He made sure I was comfortable and went out of his way whenever I needed assistance. I stayed last night and had a great experience. I'd highly recommend the motel, especially for Harman's hospitality.
