The suite was beautiful, spacious, clean, and the location was perfect. We felt welcome, and the indoor heated parking was a big plus. The attached cafe was cute and handy. We had incredible food delivered from Alessa Trattoria, which I’d highly recommend. The only drawback was the noise. We were right above the parking garage and could often hear its door opening and closing, plus toilets flushing through the night. Earplugs were provided in the bedside table. We’d definitely stay again, but would choose a top floor.

We’ve already booked another visit after a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service was amazing. Our room was modern, thoughtfully set up, very clean, and comfortable. Having a kitchen was useful, and even the sleeper sofa was pretty comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, and loved being able to go downstairs to the cafe for some of the best croissants I’ve had in ages. Highly recommend.

A modern, cozy, and really comfortable place right in central Magog. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens, a washer and dryer, and comfortable pillows; some also have a spacious balcony. There are two Jacuzzis, a sauna, and a lovely terrace seating area with gas fire pits, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Friendly staff and great rooms. Highly recommended.

The views from our fourth-floor unit, 401, were amazing, with the main street and river in sight and a large balcony to sit on. The location is central, with lots of places a short walk away, and the sauna and hot tubs are just around the corner. The rooms are large and fairly open, with plenty of space to relax and play games after skiing. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Underground parking was worth it. Our Chevy Equinox fit with the largest Yakima roof box, though a couple of spots would be tight and most spaces worked. Very lovely!

A really good stay. The staff were especially helpful. Just keep in mind that, since the pandemic, rooms aren’t cleaned every day.
