MeHomeBy Bed and Breakfast

My parents still bring up our May visit now and then, which says a lot about how memorable it was. We spent one night there while they were visiting, and even though we arrived late, the host stayed patient and kind. The house has a spectacular ocean view, and breakfast was included in the room price, a Nova Scotian hot meal with tasty homemade wild berry muffins. We’d definitely come again soon.

For one night of our three-week Canada trip, we had a clean, comfortable two-bedroom suite and a really good breakfast of pancakes, quiche, and muffins. Thanks to our host. It was one of the best places we stayed on the whole trip.

We made supper on the barbecue and ate on the deck with that beautiful scenery around us. The Rec room was fun too, we played games there. Valorie and her husband were friendly and accommodating from the minute my friends and I arrived in July 2020, and Valorie couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. Their B&B is beautiful, with spacious, very clean rooms, and she made us a delicious breakfast. We highly recommend MeHomeby B&B.

We had a great evening in the sitting room, with plenty of books and games to keep us busy. The place was immaculately clean, and there were lots of signs about moving around safely during COVID. Breakfast was excellent, with local berries in the pancakes, and the hospitality was great. It’s very close to Jost, right next to Bella Vista Farms, and a short drive from Tatamagouche Brewery, so it made a handy base for our own little Good Cheer Trail. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back when we’re in the area again.
