The renovated King Suite worked really well for my family, with room for our little kids, a comfortable king bed, and two firm pull-out sofas that felt more hygienic and restful than the usual saggy sofa beds. The children also enjoyed the pool, even though it’s on the small side. Signs asked guests to check with the front desk about capacity, which helped keep the crowd manageable. I’ve stayed here several times for work over the years, and the renovations have made me glad to return. The meeting rooms are roomy and well equipped for our regular business gatherings, and the staff have consistently made each visit welcoming and easy. After a long drive with tired kids, Cheryl at the front desk made a real difference. I’d requested an early check-in, but our room was still being prepared when we arrived. Cheryl handled it with urgency and care.

The lobby has been renovated, and its modern, comfortable seating is a nice place to wait. The location is handy for major highways and nearby eateries. Vijay checked me in efficiently and explained the Platinum benefits, including flexible ways to use the food and beverage credits. Checking out with Crate items, though, took an excruciatingly long time for just a few things. My room looked mostly renovated, with plenty of outlets. The large wheeled luggage cart was especially useful. The TV seemed to have a full range of channels, from American ones to international options like Fairchild and OMNI. It was quiet unless the leaf blower outside was running. One bed squeaked, and the fitted sheet seemed a bit small for the queen mattress. The fitness center is small and has just the basics, but its fancy water dispenser gives hot water instantly, which is great for tea. When I needed lotion that was missing from the room amenities or help fixing the coffee machine, the front desk was helpful.

The temperature controls are very good, and I liked the gym. There was a strange smell in the lobby and elevator, though. I also wish they offered zero sugar drinks, even if that lack is pretty common.

We came here to celebrate Christmas 🎄 and were very happy with the stay. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the service was great. I just reached Platinum Elite and received an upgrade to a King Suite. Vijay chopra especially impressed me. Thank you!
