The room was clean and the service was fine, though nothing special, so the stay itself was just okay. What made things easier was the great location, with Chinese restaurants and shops nearby. A good choice for a short stay in the area.

This feels like a one star hotel to me, and the room they gave us was designed for disability access. There were no slippers, no water in the room, not enough towels, and no garbage bin in the washroom. The doors connect to other rooms. With the service, the room, and the lack of basic items, I’d rate it zero. Someone mistakenly gave this hotel three stars.

The worst part of this stay has been the constant noise and the sense that the hotel is hosting youth teams without warning regular guests. Families seem to check out and new teams arrive every day, so the crowded breakfast room and hallway noise don't feel like one-off problems. Guests should be told what to expect before booking. We arrived after a long flight for four nights. Check-in was easy and we got a fifth-floor room near the elevators, but children and sometimes their parents were already shouting, laughing, running and slamming doors in the hall. I called at 8:30 p.m. and was told security would come. At 9:15, we still couldn't rest. I called again, got the same promise, and ten minutes later nothing had changed. The second night was just as bad. At 10 p.m., kids were playing hockey and yelling outside. The front desk apologized and said security would be sent, but things stayed noisy. At 1:15 a.m. I woke to adults and children laughing and shouting in the hallway. I didn't call again because the hotel already knew, and security didn't seem to be stepping in. When I opened the door, a parent was singing and dancing loudly. I asked him to stop; he said “OK,” and the group eventually left. My wife and I had headaches and couldn't get back to sleep for hours. By morning we'd barely slept, and breakfast was packed with kids. I'm a Hilton Honors member and stay at Hilton properties often. I've never had this kind of experience elsewhere. It has been a very disappointing first stay.

I won't stay here again, and this experience has put me off Hilton hotels. I spent two nights here, but got no sleep the first night because of noise from the room above. I told the front desk first thing in the morning. The staff member said she needed to speak with her manager, then called around 1 p.m. to say the manager wouldn't make it right because I hadn't reported the issue in the middle of the night. Hilton Honors opened a case and told me they would resolve it after checkout. When I followed up after leaving, they said they couldn't overrule the manager, despite what I'd been told earlier. The hotel's posted 100% satisfaction guarantee feels like a complete lie after this. The manager and the Hilton Honors service were both awful. 0/10.
