The place was dirty, including the bathrooms. It seemed like cleaning was hardly ever done.

We were made to feel so welcome here, and everyone was incredibly kind. The kitchen had what we needed and worked well, while the bathroom was spotless. The bunks were comfortable, with soft pillows and sheets. We also had some lovely interactions with staff and fellow guests. I'd recommend it.

We found this hostel by chance after every hotel was booked, and it turned out to be a quiet, clean, well-kept haven for my little family. Even on a freezing day, our room stayed warm, and both the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. It was just right for our 3-month-old baby. Katie gave us such a warm, attentive welcome, always smiling, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend it.
