This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our rooms had no blankets, towels, soap, or shampoo, and one room had dirty towels. The blankets I eventually got had awful stains, and all the sheets were dirty. This place should be condemned.

The other hotels in town were full, so I asked to look at the room before paying. I told them their Google ratings were horrible, but after seeing it, I don’t understand why. For 88 Canadian dollars with taxes included, it really wasn’t bad. A clean room and clean bedding are about all you can ask from a cheap motel.

Half the parking lot is covered in broken glass, so park on the north side. My stay felt scary, and there was no maintenance. I asked them to fix the AC or move me to another room, but they didn’t care. They just don’t care. At this level, it should be $39 a night.

The owner was very inconsiderate. My toilet wasn’t working, and he didn’t care or move me to another room. The service was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I didn’t stay the night, but I did speak with the RCMP about the threat from management after I complained about the dirty bedding. I’ll be filing a complaint. They also didn’t give me my money back.
