I was here for a week on a work trip. The room was clean, updated, and nice, but we were three people, two adults and a toddler, and they wouldn't give us a two-bedroom unit. Their suggested sleeping spot was a hard leather couch, honestly worse than the floor. They said those units are saved for students, but if you're paying for two beds and need the space, shouldn't you be able to rent one? The website showed several rooms with two beds available. We left a day early because it was uncomfortable. The blankets were thin and scratchy too, so bring your own.

We booked for a month and found the area quiet and safe, with amenities close by. The staff were pleasant, and the price felt fair. When we arrived in the evening, the air conditioning was already on in our kitchen suite and the fridge was cold, which was a nice surprise after so many hotels where the room is hot and the refrigerator warm. Very nice rooms. I'd recommend it.

This building has no pool, hairdryers, coffee cups, or restaurant, and we had to get the TV working ourselves. We also found old moldy food in a bag in a cupboard or bedside area, plus clothes under the sink. They've tried to combine two motels, but one is misrepresented: the pool, restaurant, and free breakfast are at their other motel, the Clarion, a 1 1/2-2 block walk away. Housekeeping is the backbone of this business, and the owners should keep that in mind.

For about 60 bucks, the price is hard to beat. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and we had a comfortable, quiet stay this spring. Just know you'll walk about half a block to the Travelodge lobby to check in, and go back there for breakfast and the pool and waterslide too. A little walking is no harm. I'd probably book again.

The room had a recent remodel, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. We paid under $100 a night, and breakfast at the main lodge was free. A great stay.
