Carra Valla Inn

The smell was unbearable, so I left after one night even though I was booked for three. The place is old and dated, and the carpet was badly stained. What really put me off was seeing mouse traps in the corner of the room.

Andrew was a welcoming, helpful, and honest host, and the service was phenomenal. The rooms were quite clean and not bad at all. The sheets, pillows, and bed linen were soft and comfortable, with no bed bug issues. Towels were replenished after two days and there were plenty. Rooms also had large fridges, microwaves, kettles, space for luggage, and plenty of room overall.

The gentleman I assume was the owner was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and understanding, especially with my child. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. I slept great and had an awesome experience.

It's an old motel, simple and basic, but the front desk guy is a great person, very helpful and quick to respond. It's cheap and comfortable, and good for workers. I always choose to stay here. I'm giving it five stars because they still do an excellent job. Thanks.
