The room was loud because of the 401, and it had a strange smell. The layout was good, but the carpet needed vacuuming when I arrived. Housekeeping seemed to make the bed during my stay without changing the sheets. I’ve stayed here twice and wasn’t impressed either time.

The rooms themselves were fine, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service overshadowed that. I booked six nights through Expedia for a work trip and left after four. On Friday, my last day, after speaking with several managers, carrie and virginia, and even the owner, I was told the unused nights would be reimbursed once Expedia called for the hotel’s approval. Expedia said it was waiting for the hotel to authorize the change. After I left, nothing happened: no refund, no follow-up, and no response to my calls asking for a callback. Staff blamed Expedia and said they couldn’t do anything. It seemed to me the hotel had been paid by Expedia but wasn’t cooperating so Expedia could issue my refund. I couldn’t find any policy saying I’d lose all reimbursement for checking out early, either on Expedia or in the hotel’s online policies. That lack of transparency made it worse. I’ve booked many hotels through Expedia and never had this kind of problem. Previously, the hotel handled things and I got my reimbursement through Expedia without having to call or do anything myself. Other hotels have been flexible and professional when plans change. This property was unhelpful and unwilling to be flexible, even though I’d stayed more than half the booking. I even offered to accept a one-night penalty, but they wouldn’t budge. The beds and bathrooms were immaculate, and the property was clean and modern. Breakfast was lovely and very fresh, with lots of delicious choices. Vishnu was incredibly helpful while we ate. The staff work hard and are very kind, especially Lucky, who made check-in and checkout quick and easy and explained how to get around the city. We had a pleasant stay. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it’s Wonderful. Thanks :)

On Nov 8th 2025, my elderly parents and I stayed beside a group of young hockey players who banged doors until after 2 am. We went down to reception to complain and find a solution, and at 11 pm we were offered a move. But the staff left us to deal with the coach, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable. We left by 6 am and drove seven hours home with literally no sleep. The GM said he could compensate us $100. Our trip to attend a funeral became a double nightmare. There are complaints on Expedia about the same thing. Go figure.
