Motel Express Mirabel

There’s no lock on the inside of the room door, and the place isn’t cheap enough to justify these problems. The room was dirty, with pubic hairs everywhere, and the heating didn’t work. They refill the “shampoo” bottles with some weird stuff, and they wouldn’t give me the Wi-Fi password. At check-in, I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. They hadn’t received my online reservation and told me to pay, saying the site wouldn’t take my money, which was wrong. No one showed up for checkout. The owners don’t care. Run away from this place.

It’s an old, trashy motel, and our air conditioner didn’t work. Still, it’s cheap and fine for sleeping a night or two if you don’t expect much.

The rooms aren’t the nicest, and the service isn’t great. The people are nice, but the owners don’t care. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and there are no phones or microwaves in the rooms.

The towels were clean, but the place felt old and dirty, and we found bugs in the beds.
