The young man at reception was welcoming and very professional. I also noticed how kindly he spoke with one of the workers. The hotel looks like it had a major refurbishment fairly recently, and everything was clean and modern. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here in winter. The heater was really noisy, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

I can't recommend this hotel because of manager Nick. I booked five nights in June, and when I checked in, I told them a family matter might mean I had to leave early. They said that was fine. I did leave after the third night, and at checkout I was told that was okay. I also checked with the AMA/Ramada company office and Expedia, and both said the change was acceptable and just needed the manager to approve it in the system. Once Nick had my money, he refused to authorize the change. I had already left the province, but nobody could get him to refund the other two nights. I spoke to him directly, and the head office and booking company contacted him too, all without success. I never received the refund or heard from him again. Be very careful when booking here. I hope you don't have to deal with him.

We spent one night here. The alarm clock showed the wrong time, and I couldn't fix it. There were also ants all over the room, and now we have a bunch in the car, even though we tried to shake them off before getting in. We told the front desk, but the person didn't seem surprised and offered no compensation. The hotel is well situated, at least.
