The pool was warm and clean. The EV charging area is also where people smoke, though, and employees were smoking beside us while we packed up our car. In May 2026, bridge repairs added 45 minutes to our drive to the hotel.

I went for breakfast and really liked the fluffy, flavorful pancakes. The restaurant is inside a hotel, and the lake view made the whole visit feel relaxed. The seating was comfortable, and the space's thoughtful design felt upscale but still cozy. It seems like a nice spot for weekend brunch or lunch, or a small event. Good food, lovely atmosphere, and a great view. I'd recommend it.

I've rarely had service this good. Everyone I encountered, from the Front Office and housekeeping to the restaurant staff, was kind, cheerful, and professional. I really enjoyed my stay, and appreciate the management and staff. These days, service like that feels rare. My king room overlooked the river and was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable, with black tea and bottled water. One of the nicest hotels I've come across in Canada, better than many five star places I've stayed at.

I love this hotel right on the Miramichi River. The rooms are amazing, and the place is beautiful and clean. There's a pool and hot tub, too. The staff are really friendly.
