They even moved breakfast an hour earlier the next morning when we said work meant we couldn’t make it at the usual time. The service was top notch throughout, with fresh sheets on the beds and clean towels every day. This place was amazing, and we’ll definitely be back.

We were in town for a funeral and stayed two nights. There was a small reservation mix-up, but the staff sorted it out by moving us to a ground-floor room that was easy to get to. I called jasmine during the confusion, and she was wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond. Everyone at the front desk was great. Thanks for the amazing service, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff are nice, but the rooms are old and dirty. Plumbing barely works, the toilet won’t flush and the shower won’t drain, and then they blame you or say it’s just “old plumbing.” Even the towels, bed and pillowcases are stained. Avoid if you can.

The location was pretty good. The room was standard, but clean, and the service was fine. Breakfast wasn’t great.

It’s a simple hotel with what you need, but the staff really made the stay. Jasmine at the front desk was one of the nicest receptionists I’ve ever met, and the woman serving breakfast, whose name I didn’t catch, was so friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome in Miramichi.
