Courtyard by Marriott Mississauga - Airport Corporate Centre West

The prices were great, and I'd stay here again. It's about 15 minutes from the airport, in a much quieter part of the city than the area right by the airport. The rooms were clean and nice, and the service was quick. My one complaint is that the restaurant only opens at night. It would've been nice to get lunch there.

As a Platinum Elite member, I got the usual Courtyard setup: no executive lounge and no complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is available to buy at the Bistro, but it isn't included for elites. Points and late checkout were provided as expected, as were room upgrades when available. I stayed one night, and the experience matched the Courtyard brand. The hotel was clean and comfortable, near the airport and nearby business areas. Staff were professional, and check-in and checkout were both smooth. It's a reliable, straightforward choice for a short visit in the Mississauga airport area.

My stay was way too short. That was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and the staff were amazing. I really want to come back and stay longer! Shannon Gillespie.

The sparkling wine and cheese platter included in our romance package were lovely, and the package also came with breakfast and a late checkout. But the next morning, breakfast was just okay, and the server warned us we'd wait 40 to 45 minutes. We did. We arrived after 9pm and just wanted to get ready for bed. Instead, our room still had an ozone machine running, a wrench on the table, and shoe prints on the luggage rack, as if someone had climbed on it. I called to ask for another room, but was told they were almost sold out and couldn't move us. I appreciated that engineering and housekeeping came to clear things away, but having to deal with all this at check-in wasn't acceptable. I later raised the same concerns in an internal review. Their response said they'd share the feedback with leadership, look into the missed communication, and coach staff to offer better help and other solutions. That's their responsibility for future guests, but it doesn't improve my own experience.
