I wasn’t sure about staying somewhere that wasn’t a hotel, but I’m glad I tried this place for five nights in Mississauga. I booked online, then contacted the owner on his cell. We agreed on a time after my arrival at pearson airport, and he met me at the building. I followed his vehicle into the underground parking, then he walked me through the room and showed me the thermostat controls, Iron Board, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, and where things were. There were plenty of towels and facecloths for the stay. I got a room key and a Fob for access around the secured building, including the underground parking. There’s a full fitness center and pool. My single bedroom wasn’t available, so I was upgraded to a two bedroom on the 27th floor with a city view at no extra charge. The service was great and the price was good. If you’re fine making your own bed and want a home-like place, I highly recommend it. The location is great, right across from square one mall. I’ll definitely book here again.

My first short-term rental turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had. I contacted the owner, Mr. Khan, directly, and he explained everything I needed to know. The place was in excellent condition and had a great city view. The food recommendations were right on, and the amenities were amazing. I’ll definitely come back to Mississauga and recommend it to friends.

For such a large building, the guest experience is suboptimal. Registering your license plate takes far too long, and you need a key fob to get anywhere. That makes sense for places like the pool and party rooms, but not being able to press the elevator buttons without one is inefficient and annoying.

I was skeptical about staying somewhere that wasn’t a hotel, but everything went smoothly and I’d come back if I get the chance. The owner was very nice, professional, and quick to respond. Regular check-in is at 3 p.m., but they had the place ready by the time I arrived at 11 a.m. Trust me, you won’t regret it. It’s a great view.
