The main thing that could be improved is the sound system. Music sounded decent, but announcements and speeches weren't always clear, so adjusting the speakers and microphone would help. Otherwise, the event went very well. The staff and coordination seemed well managed, and everything from entry through seating ran smoothly and on schedule. The hall was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a large crowd, with a thoughtful layout, good seating, and room to move around. Lighting and décor gave it a festive, welcoming feel. Aside from the sound issue, it was an excellent venue for events, and I'd recommend it.

Chandi Victoria Banquet Hall was spacious, beautiful, and well maintained, with elegant décor and a lovely atmosphere that made the occasion memorable. Our guests especially loved the food, and the warm atmosphere made the day feel special. We booked the hall for my cousin's engagement, and the team responded quickly and helped tailor the décor just as we wanted. Everything was ready on time on the day. After another venue double-booked our date, we moved our daughter's Sweet Sixteen to Chandani Victoria Banquet Hall, and we're so glad we did. They accommodated us at short notice and took care of every detail. The staff were warm and professional, and the event ran smoothly. The hall was spacious, beautiful, and elegant, and the food was so good we got lots of compliments. A stressful situation turned into a memorable experience. Highly recommend Chandani Victoria to anyone looking for a venue that cares about making an event special.

The room was clean, and the area was really quiet and relaxing. The receptionist was very nice, answered all my questions, and made sure my stay went well. There was free tea or coffee downstairs whenever I wanted some, and the hotel is connected to a convention centre. Westwood mall is a 30-minute walk away.
