PlanURstay - Luxurious Apartment

I reserved an apartment for two weeks because it listed two bathrooms, a dining table, and a washer/dryer. On arrival, I got an email saying we'd been "upgraded" to a higher floor with a great view. That sounded nice, but the apartment was smaller, had just one bathroom and no dining table, and looked less nice than any of the photos on the website. I called the number and got a message asking me to text. After more calls I finally reached the owner, who said the place I'd booked wasn't available and this was a highly sought-after spot. I couldn't find it advertised on their website, so I'm unclear who is seeking it. I believe this was a bait-and-switch maneuver and a scam. The kitchen had very little: no baking tray, no frying pan, and very dull knives. Water backed up in the bathroom sink. PlanUrStay advertised a gym, but the key we got didn't work there. I called to ask them to fix it. They said they would, but never called back. The apartments aren't as nice as advertised, you may not get the location you reserved, and customer support is nonexistent. I would never stay here again and don't recommend it.
