Quality Inn Toronto Airport

Really good value for the money. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. We had only backpacks for our layover and walked there in about 10 minutes, though there’s also a free shuttle. The hotel has a cool feel, and there’s a bar attached where we watched a hockey game. The bartender was extra friendly and the food was very good. I’d recommend it and would return on another Toronto layover. Cheers.

The rooms aren’t the best, but they do the job. What stood out was the kindness and care from the two women at the front desk on February 5 at 8:30 PM. I wish I’d gotten their names. We were in room 134, and although there was a small booking issue, one of them sorted it out quickly. Parking was hard to find, and the other woman walked my husband outside to show him where to go. Great service overall, truly above and beyond.

There are a couple of restaurants on site, and the buffet breakfast was a bonus. I loved the egg and waffles, and the coffee was great. It’s so close to the airport, with a free shuttle every 30 minutes, so I’d definitely recommend it. I was there the night of the snow storm, when cancelled flights and pre-bookings made it very busy. The staff were great and friendly. My room was spotless, warm, and very quiet for sleeping. The sheets and pillows were so good, and there were plenty of towels and even face cloths.

For my one-night Toronto layover, the Quality Inn matched what I expected. Front desk service was excellent, and pickup and dropoff went very well. The room was generally good, though it needs a few minor repairs and touch-ups. I could hear people talking and the TV from the next room, which was disappointing.
