Super 5 Inn

We had planned to stay three days, but after one horrible night we checked out the next morning. The room and washroom were very dirty, and both areas stunk. They charged nearly 200 bucks for one night in this shitty place. The service was poor too. I'd never recommend it. The one star is for the location, not the hotel.

Super 5 Inn turned away a friend's fully paid Expedia reservation that I had booked. They said, “Sorry no rooms available!” It seemed clear they were trying to sell their last rooms without paying Expedia fees. After that, I was stuck dealing with Wspedia’s Indian Call Centre chat line and was denied a refund even though no room was available. Avoid this place full of PRO’s, go to DELUXE INN ON QUEENSWAY.

Disgusting. There was hair all over the bathroom, and the sheets had hard cum stains. The manager was super rude, refused any kind of refund, yelled at me on the phone, then hung up while I was trying to explain what the room was like. Would not recommend.

I stayed here because I had an MRI in the city and, with the pain, didn't want to make the 1.5-hour drive each way in one go. The rooms are beautifully decorated, especially for a cheap motel, and both the staff and the other guests were friendly. My room also had a fridge and microwave, which I don't see as often. I'd definitely come back.
