The room and the other services were great, but I was disappointed to find there was no airport shuttle. Agoda's ad listed it under both “Highlights” and “Property Announcements.” When I contacted the hotel manager and Marriott group customer service, they passed responsibility to Agoda. The hotel is still responsible for making sure the services in its Yield Control System listing are accurate.

I've stayed at this TownePlace Suites many times, easily 30+, and use hotels frequently. On my latest visit, though, check-in turned into a very upsetting experience. My reservation was under my girlfriend's name. I showed Adam the Priceline confirmation, booking name, ID, and email confirmation, but he kept saying he couldn't verify it. Rather than explain the policy calmly or suggest a solution, he made comments implying I “looked like a fraud.” It was disrespectful and unprofessional. Harmanpreet Kaur stepped in and handled things with patience and respect. She explained the verification policy clearly and helped us check in properly, even though it took nearly an hour. Her professionalism made a frustrating situation manageable and was the kind of hospitality I expect at a Marriott property. Marriott management should review how the front desk handles situations like this. Guests deserve respect when they provide proper documentation. I appreciate Harmanpreet's help, but Adam's conduct was unacceptable and left a very negative impression.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice touch. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and the location was good. The room didn't have an ice bucket, so I had to call for one, and there was no moisturizing cream. The lobby bar was closed because the bartender called off that night. It's a pretty basic hotel, with nothing that really stood out either way. 3.5 stars.

The setup worked really well for two people and two dogs: our room had two queen beds and was a mini suit, with lots of counter space and useful hooks to keep things organized. The staff were very friendly, and I loved staying here. It's near the airport, with an industrial park feel, but there are green spaces for dog bathroom breaks and a nice morning walk.
