The staff were super friendly and helpful, and our room was a nice size and seemed clean. Some wear is showing, though, and a few repairs looked unfinished. In the bathroom, several tiles had no grout at all. The gaps were clean, so it seemed like work had been done but not completed.

Breakfast had lots of variety, and I enjoyed both the hard-boiled and scrambled eggs. The little waffle station was cute, too. Our room was very clean, with comfortable beds, and every staff member greeted us and was really kind. Highly recommend.

I've stayed here several times, and it's consistently clean, friendly, and a pleasure. The hotel handled things directly both times I needed help: once after I left valuable items in my room at checkout while rushing, and another time when I made a booking mistake. They sorted both out quickly, without sending me to their 800 number. There are several good restaurants and shopping areas just down the road. I'll always recommend this location to people staying in the Moncton area.
