We booked a quiet weekend away with Masood at bbSaffron a couple of weeks ahead and had an amazing time. The cottage was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. There's a lovely hiking and biking trail just a few minutes away, and Saint Jovite and the Tremblant village are about a 10-15 minute drive. We used only two of the four rooms, but with four rooms and an office, it could easily fit 4-5 couples. The owner and his wife have a super friendly, lovely husky named Shadow. We'd absolutely recommend staying here.

Our hosts Masood & Mandana made us feel so welcome. Masood even picked us up at Montreal Airport, and Mandana greeted us with coffee, tea, and delicious homemade carrot cake. They took great care to make sure the house had everything we could need, and Masood promptly answered any concerns. He knows a lot about skiing and road bike riding, so ask him for details if either is your thing. We stayed with family and friends for seven nights in the first week of August, renting the whole house. It had four full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an ensuite laundry. The location was perfect: a five-minute walk to Ptit Train Du N, a beautiful North American trail for walking, running, riding, and reaching the freshwater lakes Lac Mercier and Lac Tremblant, making it a great spot for triathletes. The village is a five-minute drive away and the ski resort 15 minutes. There's a huge backyard for kids and room for five or six cars out front. Thanks, Masood and Mandana, for opening your lovely home to our family. We can't wait to see you again in ski season.
