Privilege Mont-Tremblant

It felt like a home away from home, with the extra touches you'd expect from a high-end hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were amazing, and the staff were friendly and professional. Our apartment at Château Morritt was huge, beautifully designed, spotless, and well maintained. The living area was cozy, the kitchen fully equipped, and the bedrooms spacious. Simply perfect.

I contacted the hotel the same day I realized the reservation had been made by mistake, without a clear intention to confirm it, and asked to cancel. I never checked in or used any services, but they still charged me for one night. The hotel acknowledged an internal communication problem and canceled a second night, but refused to refund the first. They offered a credit instead, which I find unacceptable. These practices seem abusive and lacking in transparency, especially when a customer acts quickly to correct an error. I recommend being cautious before booking. I'm in the process of filing a report with the Consumer Protection Office and a small claims complaint.

The bed was comfortable, but smaller than we expected. The room had been advertised as having a “large bed,” though it was actually queen size, so keep that in mind if bed size matters to you. We spent three nights at Château Morritt and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortably sized, and well appointed, a cozy place to relax after exploring. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, and their hospitality made us feel welcome. The setting was breathtaking, with beautiful nature all around and a peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere.

The room was fully equipped and the bed was comfortable. We only did one trek, “the davil...”, which was easy and pretty. Mount Tremblant is a must, and the view from the gondola is not to be missed. What a place, almost a haven, especially in fall. We had two lovely nights and wished we could have stayed longer.
