Angelica Blue B & B

Our odd schedule was no problem, and breakfast the next morning was delicious. That was the best smoked salmon bagel I've had. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and we had a great chat over breakfast. We were in Montreal for a concert at Mtelus and spent one night in the Beach room. The old building is lovely, with four or five rooms spread over two levels. It was only a five-minute walk to the venue and about 20 minutes from Via Rail, which made the location really convenient. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the Albatross decor and cozy bathrobes. The bathroom assigned to our room was spacious, just a few steps away, and had a nice Jacuzzi tub. We'll definitely return next time we're in Montreal.

A lovely breakfast cooked each morning, with homemade dishes, is included in the price. We got an upgrade at no extra charge, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This is a charming, clean B & B, ideally placed near several of Montreal's fun and distinctive areas. If you're after a real taste of Montreal culture and hospitality, you'll find it at Angelica Blue.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and slept so well. The room was cozy and warm, with fresh linens, and breakfast was amazing. We'd love to come back in summer. Highly recommend if, like us, you want the polar opposite of a chain hotel.

The owners were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and very clean, with a well-appointed bathroom right in the room. Parking is available, but let the owners know since there are only three spots. Street parking is permit-only.
