Comfort Suites Downtown

The room was very clean and the location was convenient, but the photos made the place look better than it is. We chose it because it said there was on-site self-parking or valet. When we arrived, only off-site valet was available, which was okay, but we had to collect the car ourselves the next morning. So we paid full price for half a service. The valet attendant was very sweet and friendly. The room was poorly insulated. Even on the sixth floor, we could hear people talking and yelling in the street until 2 a.m. We were also given only two face cloths and two towels for three people. I would not recommend it for a baby or young child.

The service was top tier, and the front desk staff were so sweet and considerate. Yogesh helped us several times with little things and was especially thoughtful. My friend and I stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable, though the shower pressure felt like someone was dumping a bucket of water on you. It's in the town center, so getting there and sorting out parking was confusing, but that's not the hotel's fault. A great experience overall, 8/10.

The location is phenomenal, and the hotel service was really good. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Still, it felt overpriced for what you get, more like a decent motel. Breakfast was below par, and the rooms weren't quiet at all. Not the worst stay, just not worth the price.

I'd look for another place. The only plus was having a balcony door for fresh air, if you could get it open. There's no on-site parking, and the valet is a joke. The closest garage is about a 4-5 minute walk and costs around $35 a day. I won't be coming back.
