For the full year I needed to live in Montreal for work, I rented an apartment at 2015 Mountain. The renovated units look stunning, and I loved being near the shopping district. The location is perfect, with everything walkable. Farid and his team at 2015 mountain were so helpful whenever I needed anything and really went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks for making my year in Montreal seamless and memorable!

I paid 3.8k a month for this place, and it was the worst apartment I’ve stayed in. I would have preferred an 800 dollar studio with roaches. At least I wouldn’t feel like I was being scammed. They called it a "luxury apartment," but the broken furnishings were expensive, and so was everything else. The apartment was hard to sleep in. There was construction 24/7, and the building felt unsafe. Doors were sometimes left unlocked all night, and there were no cameras in the halls. The wallpaper was peeling, the floors were dented, and the cleaning staff mopped with dirty water, leaving the whole place stinking. There was no communication from the super, Farid. He lied about the apartment being renovated, refused to fix things, and didn’t warn us about upcoming construction or inspections. I told them this was unacceptable for nearly 4k a month, and I still feel scammed. Avoid at all costs.

Farid, the building manager, will pressure you to renew your lease. They provide no services at all. They’ll say they’re paying your Hydro, then once you move out, debt collectors call about your hyrdo bills. Professional scammers. You’ll suffer there. Avoid this garbage building. There are much nicer, cheaper apartments downtown, including more luxurious ones. Farid needs to be fired!

I moved out and the building is still holding two months’ rent from me as my deposit. They don’t return deposits. The building manager won’t answer my calls. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Management changes every week, so it’s never clear who’s running the building, and after several emails and follow-ups I still got no reply. The lack of communication, along with essential maintenance being left unaddressed, is unacceptable. I would not recommend this building to anyone. AVOID THIS PLACE!
