The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were a real treat on a cold, snowy day, and we found the hotel restaurant pretty decent too. There’s also a fast food place just behind the hotel, within walking distance, which was handy for an airport stay. We booked a family suite for one night after flying in from the U.S. West Coast, before driving a few hours to Mont Tremblant. The free shuttle from the terminal took about five minutes. Our room was ready more than an hour before check-in, and the staff were very friendly. My IHG Platinum and InterContinental Ambassador status may have helped with that. For an airport Holiday Inn, I was impressed by the service, design, and amenities. It was better than any Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at in the U.S. The suite had plenty of space, with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchenette, dining area, and balcony. Once we made up the sofa bed for our son, though, only a few inches remained between it and the furniture, blocking the passage between the rooms. It wasn’t a huge problem, but rearranging the furniture might help. We’d stay here again before or after a flight at YUL.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight for us. There was plenty of choice, the food was fresh, and the service was outstanding. The hotel’s restaurant also surprised us with good food, attentive service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and professional throughout, so check-in and departure both went smoothly. The amenities were well kept and convenient for our short stay before an early flight. A very comfortable hotel near YUL.

Marianna at the front desk was efficient and personable, and Sarah was amazing in the restaurant. She was busy, but still did a great job looking after everyone. She’s a gem. We stayed before flying to Mexico and ate at the restaurant. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back 😀👍

The first impression wasn’t great. When we arrived late, there were some very shady-looking guests in the lobby using vulgar language. Our room itself was clean, though the drapes could use an update. The bed was very soft but comfortable, and the front desk guy was friendly and helpful.

Check-in was easy and stress-free thanks to the friendly, professional staff. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. We also enjoyed tasty meals and good service at the on-site restaurant. A handy choice for a short stay or an early flight.
