Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

What stood out most at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal was the service. We were greeted warmly, the guest service agents were attentive, and there were little touches like small, low tech tablets that kids could draw on over and over. The staff made an unfamiliar place feel cozy and welcoming, which says a lot about them. The hotel opened in July 2025, and the rooms have been renovated and furnished with high-end details. They feel calm, clean, and modern, with high ceilings that add a sense of space. I've stayed at different levels of Hilton hotels around the United States and elsewhere, and Hilton Tapestry Collection properties have consistently been unique and enjoyable. This one ranks among the best. I stayed in the 1 King 1 Bedroom suite, and its larger layout and extra comfort make it hard not to prefer that setup for future trips. The bathroom was well proportioned, with a great shower head and strong water flow that left me feeling refreshed after a day out with family and kids or a long day of business conferences and meetings.

The property and our room were beautiful, but the service brought the stay down. On arrival the carpet was quite dirty, though housekeeping cleaned it when we asked, and the tables were dusty and quilts crumpled. It feels like the place has a lot of potential, but the lack of attention to detail is showing. The housekeeping staff were resistant and had an attitude, and the front desk wouldn't allow a simple one-hour late checkout extension. That was especially disappointing as Diamond members. With better customer service training, this could easily have been a five-star stay.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay twice. The staff were all amazing, friendly, and real problem solvers. The whole place was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the bathtubs were amazing. I flew in from California, and the food was another reason to stay. The breakfast was so yummy I found myself craving it. Highly recommend!

My wife and I sat in the lobby for a while and didn't see a single guest check out without a smile. We loved our stay, and the owner and management should be proud. Great location and hospitality, with a warm welcome, spotless rooms, and very comfortable beds. A really pleasant experience.
