Le Mille Neuf Furnished Apartments

The room itself was fine, but the booking experience and my first day in Canada were disappointing. My first contact was an older man at reception, and he was rude and disrespectful. It left us feeling so discouraged that we avoided speaking with other staff afterward. For guests paying a substantial amount for a month-long stay, the staff should be respectful and professional. Management should make sure they hire courteous people who treat guests with dignity.

The staff’s care and attention made this feel like a five-star hotel, and the location is fantastic. It’s somewhat expensive, though the amenities might make the price reasonable. I couldn’t use them during my stay because I was short on time and the pandemic had closed all the shared spaces. Le Mille Neuf was a good choice as our starting point in Montreal. Special thanks to the concierge who helped my wife and me load all our belongings into the taxis. The service was outstanding. Thanks again! :)

We’ve loved calling this place home over the past few years. Stephanie, Pedro, Albert, and the rest of the staff have been kind and accommodating, and they handle questions or concerns with care and promptly. The location is beautiful, and both the building and its amenities are clean and comfortable. We’re grateful for our time here.

I had to leave Montreal suddenly for work, otherwise I would have stayed much longer. I really miss Le Mille Neuf and the wonderful staff. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. What made it feel like home was the team. Madalina, Stéphanie, Pedro, and Florentin were professional, caring, and quick to respond whenever I had a question or issue. They truly care about residents and go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. Le Mille Neuf will always mean a lot to me, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming, well-managed place to live in Montreal.
