The location is the one good thing about this building. The rest has been a steady letdown, from the poor upkeep and equipment to management rarely responding or taking action, especially for the high rent. Our AC was out for two months during summer. The parking door also won’t open with the remote, so you have to get out and tap your fob. That’ll be especially inconvenient in winter.

The mail lockers have been broken for over six months. They said they’d be working around Christmas, then didn’t follow up until May. Now they collect packages for you, so you have to catch them at the right time to get yours, which isn’t easy. Communication is the main problem, and the quality isn’t great either. Our sink came loose from the counter, and it took over a week for them to fix it. The AC has been out for over a month, though I understand some things are outside their control. Then our shower shattered on top of me as I was opening the door. It’s been broken for two weeks, with barely any word about repairs. They told us to use another apartment’s shower, but that apartment is locked again and nobody let us know. I’ve lived here for over two years, and things have only gotten worse. If quality of life matters to you, don’t rent here. The location is good, though.

The location and convenience are the only reasons this place gets one star. After a year here, the management has been awful. Sinks can take months to fix, hot water takes weeks, packages get stolen, and there was no AC for the summer. Mondev does NOT care about its tenants. There’s one building manager, and replies to emails can take weeks, if they come at all. Cogir Immobilier are too cheap to hire more managers and make problem solving faster and more efficient. You’d be better off putting your money somewhere you’ll be treated with respect and fairness.

It’s been a month and management still hasn’t repaired the air conditioner. My unit is boiling, and it’s affecting my health and my work. They haven’t responded or taken action. I’m demanding rent compensation.
