I pass by this condo often, and there's always dog feces along the building. Management should do a better job of making tenants clean up after their animals.

I'm an investor and have worked with different realtors. At Se7t, I had the chance to speak with Dominique, who was very professional and available, and gave good advice. Montreal has a lot of potential and is a great city. I'd advise investors to contact her directly; you won't be disappointed.

I contacted se7t, and Dominique messaged to ask what I was looking for. I sent her the page with the pricing that I'd found online, but she deleted it and never replied. Not nice, Dominique! Be professional!

Most of the facilities are good, but you have to bring your own oil if you want to cook. The sink in the master bathroom has a drainage problem, and the shower head is broken. Also, the glass table in the entrance lobby is dangerous because it's easy to bump into, and it really hurts!
