IT'S A SCAM! I booked through Booking.com on September 24, 2025 for October 13 to 17, 2025, then contacted the property owner the next day, September 25, to ask about access. Neither the listing nor the reservation disclosed that the unit was on the third floor with no elevator. I’m traveling with an 80 year old guest, and expecting us to carry luggage and a senior up three flights is unreasonable. I asked to cancel right away, but the owner refused, citing a “non refundable” policy. The stay hasn’t even happened, it’s only a reservation, yet they denied a refund of over $1,400. This looks like misrepresentation and a failure to disclose accessibility information. The people running the property seem greedy and dishonest. Seniors, families with children, and anyone with mobility issues should be warned.

The mattress was terrific and the bathrooms had been nicely modernized. But getting to apartments 7 and 8 meant climbing 60 steps, and there was also half a flight of stairs from the street just to enter. I’m 71, and hauling our 50 pound suitcase up and down several times was tough. The site said apartment 8 was on the third floor, though that’s not how I count it. There was a Keurig, but the closest grocery store didn’t sell pods. The French press had apparently been broken by a previous renter and hadn’t been replaced. My wife also noticed the empty hand soap dispenser and lack of washcloths. The place was nice and clean.

We slept well on the comfortable beds in a roomy, clean apartment. The location was excellent, and it came with good WiFi, a great coffee maker with free pods, and all the other essentials. Really enjoyed the stay.

Loved the stylish look, especially the brickwork, trendy lights, and bay windows. The kitchen and furniture were great, and the apartment is in a good area near plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and Mont Royale.
