The room smelled like poop, and there were strange stains on the walls and carpets. If you’re staying longer than one night, bring your own supplies, because housekeeping won’t come by. The TV was locked with a PIN, and although reception knew about it, they didn’t know the code. Staff put in minimal effort. The website and in-room books say breakfast is offered, but when we went down for a continental breakfast, we were told they hadn’t offered one in three years. Even the coffee isn’t free. This felt like false advertising all around. I wouldn’t recommend it if you like life.

The customer service is very bad. Yesterday I came to book two rooms, but a woman ignored me, so I left. I came back today and the second woman couldn’t help me. While I was asking her for information, she told me to move because she had another client, as if I were an animal. You don’t deserve to receive people, maybe animals, because you treat clients very badly.

BEDBUGS! I stayed one night but had to check out at 4 a.m. because of them. They have tons of bedbugs, overcharge you, and refuse to refund you. They do nothing about the problem. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs!

They still haven’t paid back my deposit.
