The owners were kind, polite, and helpful, and the place was quiet enough for me to get an excellent night’s sleep. I stayed in the separate little building at the back, called the "Cottage". It was very clean and well-maintained, with a very good bed. The motel is handy to Autoroute 30 in a semi-rural neighbourhood. Chemin Chambly, the historic road from Longueuil to Chambly, is 370 years old. I rate it highly for what it is, a budget motel.

The hosts were lovely, and this was just what I expected from the description and reviews. It’s a great value, whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, or planning to stay longer. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, the towels were good, and the room had a good fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, and instant coffee. The AC worked well, and the Wi-Fi was safe and fast. The room and bathroom are scuffed up, but clearly cleaned and well cared for. Everything worked, and I had what I needed, so it felt pretty much perfect for the price.

I liked how quiet it was, and the owner was great. The toilet gave me some trouble, but otherwise I have no complaints. I’d book again. Stellar place.

The room was clean enough that I didn’t need to use my sleeping bag, which I usually bring to motels. The owner was friendly and nice, and if you happen to see their chubby cat, you’ll know you’re in good hands. It’s also in a safe neighbourhood and makes a great stop before heading into downtown Montreal. Best bed I’ve ever had. Firm but soft enough that my back didn’t hurt, and I slept nine hours straight like a baby. I’m 6’1’’, though, and my feet hung off the end all night because it was a little short.
