It’s cheaper than most other places, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. We rented a few rooms in a suite for Osheaga and found bed bugs in one of the beds at night. I spotted some under my pillow while looking for my keys. The front desk was no help that night because they were fully booked. We checked the bed again and found quite a few more, so we slept on the floor in a friend’s room. The next day, the staff helped by moving us to another room and giving us a 15% discount for one night. Apparently that was the best they could offer, and I wasn’t happy with it. The whole hassle and the risk of bringing bed bugs home weren’t worth it. There’s no AC either, so I’d avoid staying here in summer. Even sitting out on the street is cooler than being in the rooms. It’s cheap, but it comes with a lot of downsides.

This place should be a last resort. There’s no AC, microwave, oven, or TV. The Wi-Fi was a mess, and we could barely get anything done because it would cut out in the middle of a transaction. I know it’s a residence, but if you call it a “Hotel,” it should at least have some of the basic services hotels provide.

The room and apartment were very clean, and the location is excellent. You can walk everywhere, and the washer and dryer were always available. The receptionists were very nice. I totally recommend it.

The location is great, and the rooms have plenty of space and are well equipped. If something isn't working, they replace it. Really affordable and pretty good overall.
