I only had one night here during a long layover, but it was fantastic. The hostel is just a block from the airport bus route. I did laundry for almost nothing, slept in a clean, comfortable, quiet bed, enjoyed the included free breakfast, and made some friends. The place had a great relaxed atmosphere, and there was a fantastic jazz bar two doors down. The kitchen and facilities were incredibly well kept. They clearly clean top to bottom every day, and the shower was nice and hot. Thanks to Robert and Aureliano at the front desk. 10/10, I’d come back. I doubt you’ll find a better value hostel in Montreal!

I spent about a week here on a solo trip to downtown Montreal and had a wonderful experience. The spaces were very clean, the bunk bed was comfortable, and I felt safe. There are three private washrooms and showers, a fully working kitchen, and a hearty breakfast is included. The location is great, and the price was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal!

The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they keep the hostel spotless. I never came across a dirty bathroom or dirty sheets, and the towels were clean too. Cleanliness matters most to me when I stay somewhere. At the entrance there’s a shoe rack where you can swap outdoor shoes for indoor slippers. The rooms are spacious, with steady, comfortable beds and lockers for valuables. The mixed bathroom was always clean, towels and breakfast are included, and there are common areas to hang out in. This is a new hostel that opened in February, so there aren’t many reviews yet, but it’s a hidden gem. It can be tricky to find at first: look for the restaurant and staircase, then go all the way up to the TREEHOUSE. A treehouse is always on top. If you have heavy luggage, the staff will help carry it upstairs, though please travel light so they can keep working longer without back pain.
