WERFY Luxury Apart-Hotel

We stayed for the whole week and liked having two bathrooms, one for each room, plus a kitchen with all the accessories we needed to cook. The modern condo had all the amenities. It’s self-service, so there’s no waiting at a counter, but someone can come help quickly if needed. We asked for extra linens and TV help, and they arrived within five minutes.

This was our second Montreal trip in 18 months, and both times we stayed at Wervy. Check-in is the quickest and easiest we’ve experienced, and the electronic key works well. With the cooktop, convection oven, fridge-freezer, washer, and dryer, the room felt like home. We accidentally booked for two instead of three people, but Wervy quickly and conveniently moved us to a more suitable room at no extra charge. We visit Montreal every year, and Wervy will be our regular choice. It’s also only a 15-minute walk to see the Gabs.

We had a well equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the surrounding area. The room met all our needs for a few days with our two small dogs. Whenever we needed anything, a text was all it took. Parking costs extra and needs to be requested separately, but we were given access, which was very convenient. There’s a dog park next door that we visited daily, another park in front, and the canal behind for walks. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance, handy when we didn’t feel like driving.

The quick replies to my texts and the prompt delivery of extra sheets and pillows made things easy during our three-night stay. A staff member at the entrance helped us check in and handed over physical keys, which was especially useful because my phone wasn’t working. They also walked me through the request process for the limited paid parking and brought the garage fob to me personally. The accommodation had a modern look, neutral colours, plank flooring, a contemporary bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the attentive service and care with the details.
