We found a great little neighborhood here, quiet and safe. Queens Hotel is a bit out of the way from Van, so it may be just the right fit if you don’t mind that. We had the family room and loved it. It worked well for our family of three, with room for one or two more. The overall vibe is wonderful, and the staff are so friendly and helpful that I couldn’t keep this place to myself. Every interaction made it clear they really care about their guests. Natsumi, I think, pointed us toward Epic around the corner for breakfast, and it was a fantastic find. The portions were seriously generous, with delicious Filipino breakfast specialties. The owner was friendly, helpful, and fun, and asked how we’d found the place. When we said the Queens Hotel team recommended it, he told us he loved them all and thought they were awesome. We’ll be back. 😊❤️👍

We’ve stayed here four times in the past couple of weeks, and I love it. The place is unbelievably clean, the bed is so comfy, and it’s wonderfully quiet. The staff are pleasant and helpful, always ready to do what they can for you. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming here. You won’t be disappointed 🥰

The front desk agent went above and beyond when my incoming flight was delayed several times. They called to check whether I was still coming, since the desk closes at 12. After I explained what was happening and we went back and forth a couple of times, they stayed an extra hour, checked me in after hours, then followed up to make sure everything was okay. I was a weary traveller and really appreciated that level of service. I didn’t catch the agent’s name, but they were fantastic and deserve recognition. Thanks! It’s an old, charming hotel, renovated throughout with tasteful decor, including in the rooms. Mine was small, but well equipped and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean shower with loads of pressure. For the price in the Vancouver area, this place is a gem. I’d gladly recommend it.

My little puppy needed surgery on his broken foot, so I came to town with him and stayed at the Queens Hotel. The staff made a stressful trip feel comfortable and enjoyable. They helped carry my luggage from the vehicle to the room and made sure we had a quiet space where he could rest after surgery. I ordered food in, and they brought it up to me. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed, and the hotel was nice and quiet. There are plenty of snacks in the lobby, and the hotel is in a plaza with other businesses. Take The Cake bakery is there too, with the most delicious treats! I’ll stay again when we’re back for my pup’s check up.

Naoko at the front desk was the highlight of our one-night stay. She was incredibly kind and friendly, helped us with a restaurant recommendation, and carried our bags to the room since there’s no elevator. It’s been just over a week, and my husband and I are still talking about how much of an asset she is to the hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, Naoko!
