Best Western Voyageur Place Hotel

Posted for my mother: "I spent three weeks at your hotel in January while receiving medical treatment. The front desk and housekeeping staff were both helpful, and their friendly, cheerful assistance made my stay easier. Thank you very much."

We were only there for one night, but the room was really clean and the staff made us feel welcome. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Most places are within walking distance, too. My family and I will definitely come back!

My wife has celiac disease, and the Buttery Restaurant took every precaution so she could have a safe, delicious breakfast. Everyone was so accommodating, from the restaurant to the hotel staff, who were awesome. Our room was clean and comfortable, too. They really went out of their way for us. This was the best place we've stayed in a long time, and we'll definitely return.

The room was fairly clean, but I got almost no sleep over my two nights there. Sounds from the hallway came straight through the door. My neighbor's lock and door woke me repeatedly, and some apparently drunk men a few doors down were talking loudly. Housekeeping started around 7:40 in the morning, and I could hear the vacuum and the knocks at every door. There seemed to be no sound insulation at all. The staff also came across as indifferent and weren't especially friendly. When I asked a housekeeper where I could refill my water bottle, she shrugged and went back into a room. On the first night I asked about complimentary water because there was none in the room and no one had mentioned it at check-in. They gave me two bottles for that first day, but didn't tell me about the lobby dispenser. I only found that at checkout. I wouldn't stay here again.
