We heard about the Comfort Inn from a worker at Newmarket's Southlake Hospital, and the service we got was impeccable. Our upper-floor room was spacious, clean and fairly affordable. It was dark and quiet at night, so we slept really well. The shower was roomy and hot, and housekeeping was available throughout our stay. Since we were there during the week, we could have the early breakfast. As a GF vegan, I had fruit and coffee without dairy, though there weren't any alternative milks. People who eat bread, cereal, baked goods, yogurt or eggs had choices. There were also a few food options in the lobby outside breakfast hours, and our room had a fridge. Public transit serves the hotel. It was a comfortable stay.

We were here for a hockey tournament with a group of 12-year-old boys, and the staff were incredibly courteous and patient with us. Meghan, Javad, Sarah, Cammy and Aaron deserve a special mention for the exceptional service. Everyone went out of their way to make the stay great. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back soon!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't hear people talking in the halls or other rooms, though the heater was a bit loud, which is hard to avoid. Staff were friendly and quick at both check-in and checkout. They'd each decorated a door and were collecting votes to pick a winner.

We got a first-floor room with no carpet, which was a big plus. The walk-in shower had great pressure, and the water didn't smell of chlorine. The room and bathroom were clean, and the mattress was comfy. The value was very good with my medical discount for a hospital visit. I'd stay there again.

No complaints. I left some business receipts in the room, and the staff found them and emailed them to me. Great service!
