My boyfriend and I stayed for two weeks in a decent-sized room. It was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The owners were very friendly and attentive, and they always gave us free bottles of water. At the time, it cost around 350 for the week, which wasn't bad at all. I'd definitely return to this motel.

For what I paid, the accommodations were more than sufficient and comfortable. The room was neat and clean, and the staff were awesome, friendly, informative, and polite. I expected somewhere rundown at that price, but ended up staying night after night and had no reason to switch hotels during my whole stay in Canada. Even after driving to and from Toronto, I still chose to stay here. No complaints, especially for the price.

The owners and the condition of the room changed my mind about the place. It is a bit aged, and I thought it might be ghetto because of the price and appearance, but the owners clearly care about guests' experience. For a budget motel, I'd say: no bedbugs, kind owners, decent location. They even did our laundry!

The staff were pleasant and actively keep the place up. Before check-in I asked about bed bugs, and the woman said there weren't any and offered to let me cancel my Expedia booking. I trusted her confidence enough to keep it, though I still checked thoroughly because past experiences have left me with what I'd call self-diagnosed OCD. I found no bugs and actually slept well. Room 20 was decent, clean, and cozy, though the building is aged and the floor has some issues under the carpet. The bed was comfortable, with a floral comforter from the 80s or 90s and some other furniture. The washroom worked fine, and the shower was small but had adequate pressure. Acceptable for resting while visiting Niagara for work, but I wouldn't plan a family stay here. I was satisfied overall and would consider coming back.
