The location is great, and the suites have a full kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a nice modern washroom. We didn't like that there wasn't much seating apart from the bedrooms. The washroom vent also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. You can hear people in nearby rooms and kids running along the hallways. Housekeeping has to be requested, so keep that in mind. Parking onsite is about 20 dollars per night. I'd recommend it, though a few more things are needed for a five star experience.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained, making the hotel perfect for our family gathering. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. They made the experience really enjoyable. Outstanding hotel!

The fully-stocked kitchens in every room were especially useful for us. They had utensils, plenty of cooking space, and induction cooktops. With so many places to eat just steps away in downtown Niagara, we still had the freedom to cook whatever we wanted, which was great with my dietary restrictions. The common area downstairs is another hidden perk, a lounge-like spot to unwind without going outside. Anything that needed fixing in our room was taken care of by maintenance. The loft-style suites feel like living in an apartment, and seem well suited to weeks-long stays. I'd happily be a tenant for years if this were an apartment complex. They're airy and massive, with room to work, play, or run around. I'd never experienced this kind of loft-style design before, and now it's spoiled me for life. From the photos, you probably can't tell how big they are. My dad and I had come from a house where we reacted badly to toxic indoor air. We felt better as soon as we came in and slept better, which suggests the air here is CLEAN and free of mycotoxins, more than can be said for lots of homes. Travellers and mold-free resort lists should take note. The staff are the best, and the rooms are huge and extremely comfortable. We had a noise issue in some connecting rooms on the first floor, where stubborn guests kept making noise despite repeated requests from management, so we quickly moved to an upper floor and had no noise problem there. Cannery Lofts calls itself an extended-stay hotel, and these suites really feel like home. This place became a core memory for me. It gave me hope and possibility I didn't think tourists could find in Niagara, and showed me a 5-star experience doesn't require 5-star hotel rates. I was left speechless. I highly recommend it for a vacation or a business stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and nice the suite was for our mini getaway. It had two bedrooms with king beds, one with an ensuite, plus another bathroom just outside. There was also a full kitchen, living room area, dining area, three closets, and lots of pillows. I was especially glad it was very clean.

The layout is amazing, the beds are comfy, and the huge TV was a plus. It's SO clean and modern, and feels like a studio apartment. Lucy & Lara at the front desk were really friendly and hospitable. We wished there were shower shelves for toiletries, since we had to put them on the floor, and the rooms could use better soundproofing. A family next door sounded like they were in our room. Their child screamed nonstop for 5 hours, which made our second night less enjoyable.
