This Howard Johnson was very conveniently located for exploring Niagara Falls, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and an easy walk to the sights. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I liked the decor. The jacuzzi worked great, and the pool and hot tub were amazing, at the perfect temperature. I'll look forward to using the pool again when the second section opens outside. I booked through booking.com and got a great rate. I also think being a rewards member is useful for earning points when booking directly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were two families and had a great time here. The location is ideal, close to the main attractions, and the hotel has a welcoming, family-friendly feel. The rooms were a good size for the price, clean, and well maintained. The kids especially liked the indoor pool and hot tub, and the jacuzzi was fantastic. Staff were friendly, and Catalyn at reception deserves a special mention for being professional, kind, and helpful throughout. Parking is available for an extra charge. We'd love to stay here again.

We've been staying here several times a year for over 15 years. It's our favorite affordable hotel near the main strip, and the location is perfect. We nearly always get a balcony room because we love the view. The rooms are consistently clean, though once or twice one smelled a little stale. Opening the balcony door to let fresh air in fixed that. The staff have always been amazing. The woman who checks us in has worked there for as long as we can remember, and she's always friendly and remembers us. We'll keep coming back whenever we visit the falls.

The pool was consistently clean and well maintained, and the sauna and hot tub were both awesome. Our room was very clean too, with a great view and a TV that was nice to relax with after a day out exploring. From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcome. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend this place for a stay in the falls.

A great bike-friendly hotel, and a perfect end to a long day cycling around the Niagara region during the August long weekend in 2025. The customer service was incredibly welcoming, even with all our cycling gear. Thanks, Heather and Vidhi, for making us feel so welcome.
