Niagara Parkway Court Motel

A quiet, cozy place, and the bed was comfortable. The room had an older style, but the shower worked amazingly and had nice hot water. The owners were very nice. Some people stay here for months, alongside short-stay guests. There was no riffraff on the premises.

When I arrived, nobody was in the office, so I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. Communication wasn't very good, and the website and promotional information were incorrect. The room had broken fixtures, and I had to unplug the lights to turn them off. There was no breakfast at all, and the place was completely closed off with no provisions or alternatives. For that price, there are plenty of other options. We won't return, and we'll make sure no one we know goes there.

The owner was very kind, and the staff and manager were friendly. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. For the price, you really can't beat it. It was a great experience, exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it to family and friends.

We were woken at 9 or 10 every day to pay, even though checkout was at 11, and we had no privacy. We were also told we couldn't use the kitchen, despite living out of motels and hotels and needing the kitchen appliances. The owner said we had too many bags. People stay here for longer periods, so why have a kitchen if guests can't use it? I'm usually the sort of person who'd give zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I came for a few days. The owner was nice on the phone, but once we arrived, we felt discriminated against because we looked young. We're 23, and the first thing he said was no drinking, partying, or drugs. We don't do drugs, and while we may drink a little, we're adults. As soon as we sat on the bed, it seemed there were bugs. I pulled back the blanket and found a flying ant tucked in there. The rooms were dirty and the floor needed mopping. We were kicked out on the third day with no explanation. We're a respectful couple, but he picks and chooses who he likes, and it felt very disrespectful. I don't recommend staying here. There are only two motels in that town, and I'm sure the other one is just as bad. Some people probably leave good reviews because he is rude and discriminates against young people.
