The Brock Niagara Falls Fallsview, Tapestry by Hilton

The app was handy for choosing our room in advance and getting a digital key. We had a Falls view, and the location was fantastic. Adrian, the guest experience manager, made us feel welcome and made sure our stay was perfect. The service was great from check-in through checkout. The Brock is a beautiful hotel with lots of charm and character, and our room was cozy and beautifully updated. A true boutique hotel. We loved it all and are already looking to book another stay. Can't wait to return, highly recommend!

The view was spectacular, and we really appreciated the honeymoon upgrade. Rosa, the supervisor, was AMAZING and clearly understands hospitality. Room service was great too, they handled everything we needed in a blink. My stay was lovely, and I will absolutely come back. The only issue was the shower: it needs more power, and not having a proper door to close it felt uncomfortable. Thank you for everything.

The rooms have been redone and were very clean, and Ana and Maithli at the front desk were both super nice at check-in and checkout. I hadn't stayed here since it was The Crowne. They offered us an upgrade, but we turned it down to stay on the same floor as our family. Our basic room with one queen bed was just right for a night when we wouldn't spend much time in it. It is quite small for a larger group planning to lounge around, as other reviews mention. The shower was extremely tiny, and even though I'm not a larger person, I think I'd find it hard to use if I were. The rooms were also very hot. The centralized heating may not have adjusted yet after the temperature rose yesterday. The hotel should consider free parking too, because $50 is crazy. The room price was pretty good, so I'd probably stay again, but would park somewhere else.

The location is excellent, just steps from Clifton Hill, and you can reach the Hershey store without going outside. There's a lovely restaurant overlooking the falls on the 10th floor for breakfast, plus a steakhouse. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. Our room was small but nice, clean, and well equipped, and it had the best room coffee we've ever had. You can't adjust the temperature yourself, but the window opens a little and they sent up a fan.
