Jodi and Bruno were such friendly, hospitable company, and we loved their puppy pal shaggy. Breakfast was great, the hosts were very receptive, and the chic rooms had spacious, very clean bathrooms. It’s close to the central hub and old winery restaurant. Posh, and better than most hotels in NOTL. No hesitation about coming back. #1 on Trip advisor for a reason. 10/10.

Jodi and Bruno were wonderful hosts. They gave us great recommendations during our trip, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. Jodi’s breakfasts were better than anything we could think of ordering at a restaurant. The house is adorable and beautifully put together, with inspiring decor and sparkling-clean rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. We loved walking around the neighborhood, which is close to both the wineries and the historic district. We stayed at Pillar and Post on our last trip, but found Serendipity better in every way. It’s such a perfect B&B for a Niagara on the lake visit. I’d book it again without a second thought.

Jodi and Bruno were the sweetest, most welcoming hosts. They made us an amazing breakfast, including French toast and soufflé, which was a 10/10. The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean, with thoughtful care put into the amenities. We’re already thinking about another Niagara trip just so we can stay here again. Thank you!

We could walk to restaurants and cycle to wineries from this perfectly located place. Jodi and Bruno made us feel completely at home from the moment we checked in until we left, even though it was our first stay. They’re two of the best hosts we’ve ever had. The house and rooms are beautifully decorated and welcoming, and both breakfasts were delicious: buttermilk waffles one day, cheese soufflé the next. 10/10, we’ll be back!

Jodi plans each breakfast carefully, and every meal has been delicious. She’s made some of the most decadent breakfasts we’ve ever had. Jodi and Bruno also take time to tell you about the area and suggest restaurants and wineries. Their home is beautiful and relaxing, and the location makes it easy to reach downtown on foot in 10-15 minutes or visit nearby wineries. It feels like home to us. We’ve stayed twice over the last few years, would give it 10 stars if we could, and hope to return soon. We can’t say enough about our stays at Serendipity. Lindsey and Blake
