The location made it easy to drive 5-10 minutes to the main town attractions and many wineries and breweries. There are walking and biking trails nearby too. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with what I needed to feel at home. Breakfast each morning was hearty, tasty, and clearly made with care, a great start before exploring. A nice mix of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Caitlin was great to deal with, and the gourmet breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious, and the location was excellent, close to the top wineries. Amazing bed and breakfast and great value for what you get.

Thank you for having us in your lovely home for three nights, Caitlin. We arrived a day early, and you made that work without any trouble, including letting us switch rooms. We enjoyed the breakfasts, our conversations, and your helpful suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a lovely town, and biking to the Falls was fantastic. Settler's Suites made a perfect home away from home for our weekend. Caitlin’s B&B is in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of NOTL, just a couple of minutes’ drive from Queen Street. The rooms are well equipped, with excellent linens and comfortable beds and pillows. In the morning, breakfast was elegantly served with fresh OJ, coffee, and tea. We had French toast with fresh compote, which gets five stars from us. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back!

The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe, and we could walk into town or take a short bike ride or drive to the wineries. Caitlin has done a great job with this wonderful B&B. Breakfast was amazing, and we’ll be back.
