The hosts were warm and friendly, and Donna Lee went out of her way to be kind and accommodating. We had an incredible three-night stay in the garden view suite at the butler creek house. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, and cozy, with wonderfully comfortable mattresses and sheets. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The accommodations were top notch, and I'd highly recommend the house, especially the garden view suite. We look forward to staying at the butler creek house again.

Our night in The Grand Georgian Suite during the Civic Holiday long weekend was cozy and relaxing, and we were sorry to leave. The place impressed us as soon as we walked in: everything was clean, the decor and attention to detail were great, and our room was tidy and supplied with what we might need, from utensils and toothpaste to information about the area. Matt and Donna were kind and accommodating hosts. We appreciated their requests to keep noise down at night and to keep the place fragrance-free. We'll definitely return one day!

We loved our stay at Butler Creek House in NOTL. The Georgian Room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the property itself felt peaceful and charming, with thoughtful touches throughout. Donna Lee and Matt were welcoming, accommodating hosts who made us feel at home. The bed was cozy, and the location worked well for getting to wineries, the lake, and old town. We'd love to return!

Donna was so warm and welcoming. We didn’t meet Matt, but she made our girls’ weekend feel great. The room was huge, very clean, and the air conditioning made the heat wave manageable. We liked being somewhere quieter, about a 20 minute walk from downtown, and the beds were comfortable. Would happily stay again.
