Graystone Bed and Breakfast

The Cabernet King Suite was spacious, with a sitting area, small fridge, and a large bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Doors lead out to the big back deck, where there’s a private table and chairs for enjoying the lovely yard. Breakfasts were scrumptious, with fruit, pastries, and a hot entree, and Nicky left little treats during our stay. She clearly takes great pride in the B&B and is a delightful host. Graystone B&B is clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It’s a great base for seeing plays at Shaw and visiting wineries while staying in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Nicky’s care really shows in all the details. She gave us helpful information for exploring the area and made us feel welcome and like family. The breakfast was a highlight, delicious, beautifully presented, and worthy of a 5-star hotel. She takes real pride in making the stay memorable and high quality. We stayed two nights in the Merlot room, which was spotless, peaceful, charming, and tastefully decorated. The whole house is beautiful, and the room had a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures, and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommend it for a relaxing, refined getaway.

Nicky made sure we had everything we needed and offered great ideas for dining and local walks. She truly cared about our experience. The spacious room was comfortable and immaculately clean, and breakfast was a feast: homemade pastries, French toast, and egg dishes, all beautifully presented. You won’t leave hungry. We recommend this place without hesitation. The perfect holiday stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake!

The breakfast table has brought us lovely connections with guests from across Canada and the United States. We’ve arrived as strangers and left as friends. That warmth comes from Nikki and her wonderful husband Ben, who have made Graystone Bed and Breakfast a place of comfort, hospitality, and joy. We adore them and count down the days until next summer. For the past five summers, my partner Kelly and I have spent two nights here each July. It’s become a cherished tradition, and every visit reminds us why we return. Our favorite is the peaceful, beautifully appointed Cabernet Room, where we sleep like royalty. Its en suite has everything we need, and the sliding door opens onto a lovely balcony overlooking the immaculate lawn and garden. Graystone is in a peaceful, safe residential neighborhood, a short walk from world-class restaurants and the shores of Lake Ontario, where the sunsets are beautiful. Each morning, Nikki prepares an amazing gourmet breakfast, lovingly made and every bit as good as an upscale brunch spot. Thank you, Nikki and Ben.
